<p>How it`s tied to your workout:<br />
The biggest culprits include not drinking enough fluids, exceeding your target heart rate or stopping an exercise session too abruptly.</p>
<p>What to do:<br />
Gradually stop exercising, then walk slowly to lower your heart rate. After about 5 minutes, sit down to regain your composure. If you still feel faint, lie on your back and raise your legs above your heart. Recurring dizziness demans a doctor`s visit and may indicate anemia, heart disease, high or low blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat.</p>

Carry a filled water bottle and drink every 15 minutes. Also do frequent heart rate checks to be sure you`re not overdoing it for extended periods of time, and avoid exercises that boost your heart rate above 75 percent of your maximum.</p>
