Weird Workout Reaction #4
Reaction#8 Frequent Yeast Infection
Signal: Vaginal itching and burning accompanied by a white, cheese discharge.
How to tied to your workout: Wearing certain types of exercise gear can make you more susceptible to yeast infections. Thigh clothing made of nonbreathable synthetic fabrics retains sweat and creates a warm, damp environtment where yeast thrive.
What to do: If you`ve never been diagnosed with a yeast infection, see your doctor, since it`s tricky to distinguish from several other vaginal irritations. For instance, you could be suffering from an allergic reaction to clothing treated with anti-bacterial agents. If you`ve been diagnosed in the past and feel sure you have a yeast infection, try using an over-the-counter remedy. If symptoms do not dissapear within five to seven days, see a doctor. Prevent problem by wearing loose-fitting, cotton blended, or moisture-wicking synthetic workout clothes that let air circulate and keep you dry. Don`t hange out in sweaty workout gear: wearing wet clothing promotes overgrowth of the fungus that causes yeast infection.
Reaction#9 Headaches
Signal: A mild-to-severe pounding headache that lasts four to six hours as a result of cardio or weight-training workout.
How to tied to your workout: When blood pressure rises during exercise, pain-sensitive areas at the base of the brain begin throb.
What to do: When headache strikes, during exercise, slow your pace. If the throbbing doesn`t subside after about 10 minutes, cool down and end your session. If you have persistent pain or you suffer from anemia or cardiovascular problems, see a doctor immediately.
